James Walter Hall

James Walter Hall Feb. 1, 1896-June 4, 1959 63 years

Walter was from Lebanon, KY. In 1915 he came to Illinois and was working for Harvey Smart
(F-1A). He met Florence during that time, and they were married on Dec. 23, 1922. Walter farmed at several locations in Vermilion County and also worked for the C&EI Railroad. He was a trustee of the cemetery and helped maintain it for many years.

James Walter and Florence Roderick Hall are the parents of Joseph William and Robert Gene.
