Daughter of Effie (Huffman) and Joseph Roderick (F-3). Granddaughter of GEORGE D. & MARY HUFFMAN (F-6). Sister of Charles Roderick (F-5), Kenneth Roderick (D-3B) & Harry Roderick (G-3A).
Married Dec. 23, 1922 in Danville, IL.

Florence was born at the Huffman homestead because her parents’ home in Danville had burned. As a child she moved back to the homestead and had many interesting stories which she wrote about in her book entitled I Remember. She and Walter bought a farm south of Bismarck in 1940, and she continued to live there after Walter’s death in 1959. She was known to many as “Sissie”. An easy laugh and an interest in family history are special characteristics we remember. She was involved in and interested in keeping the cemetery association active.

Florence and James Walter Hall were the parents of Joseph William (J-6) and Robert Gene (J-2A).
