March 12, 1888 - Feb 24, 1963

Earl J. Yowell

Mr. Yowell worked at C&EI Railroad shops in Danville, Illinois. He retired in 1965.

These graves are not family. They were friends and neighbors of the Griders and Rodericks.
The story is that when the baby Marjorie died, the family was very poor and had no place to be buried. Charlie Roderick gave them permission to bury her in the Huffman Cemetery. The other family members were buried there later.
